On September 19-21, 2019, a set of events "The Russian language in literature, science, History" aimed at promoting, supporting and strengthening was held in Baku at the University of Azerbaijan (Yasamal district, Dadashov village, 84, General Akim Abramov Ave.) and on September 23-25 at the Idrak Lyceum in Sumgait (Samad Vurgun, 2). the promotion of Russian science, culture and education, including those dedicated to the memorable dates of Russian literature, culture and science in full-time and distance formats.

The purpose of the event is to ensure the expansion of the geography and spheres of application of the Russian language, the popularization of Russian education, science and culture by conducting outreach events of an educational, educational and scientific–methodological nature in Azerbaijan.
