Philologist, teacher of Russian language and literature in secondary school (A.A. Zhdanov Leningrad State University, 1962), Doctor of Philology (LSU, 1984), Professor (LSU, 1988), has been working at the A.I. Herzen State Pedagogical University since 1990, as Head of the Department of Teaching Methods of the RCU since 1992, Head of the Department of Intercultural Communication since September 2000, since 1999 member of the Board of ROPRYAL.
In December 2009, she was awarded the K.D. Ushinsky Medal "For Merits in the field of pedagogical sciences". In May 2011 , MAPRYAL awarded
I.P. Lysakov with the A.S. Pushkin Medal "For great merits in the dissemination of the Russian language in the world". On the occasion of 15 years of cooperation with Rzeszow University (Poland), I received a letter of thanks from the Rector of Rzeszow University in December 2012.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at the Institute of International Economic Relations of Eisenstadt (Austria).
Author of over 200 works on the problems of teaching foreign languages, including textbooks of German and Russian for foreigners.
Research interests:
European language policy, intercultural education, dialogue of cultures, foreign language specialist training in modern Europe.
